Last week, the skies were mostly overcast; it rained a lot, and temperatures were down by 10 or so degrees. This week, the heat was back, and there was some humidity to go with it. That said, between the time I walked from the office to the locker room, got changed, and back outside, there was a bit of a breeze and the clouds had rolled in a little bit to take some of the edge off the heat.
Even so, it made for a slightly more difficult run; and even though I like to enjoy the now, I’m not above admitting that I thought about how much nicer it’ll be when September and October temperatures roll around. Then you’ll get to read how cold it is!
