I wasn’t feeling it so much this morning, but I told myself I wasn’t going to quit before 3 miles. I dropped the speed of the trudgemill by half a mile per hour for the last half of the second mile, but bumped it back up for the last mile.
I usually like to end on a sprint, but I thought I’d try to do some more naive intervals after my run. So while I didn’t sprint, I did add the last .1 mile to make it to 5K. For intervals, I did 10 minutes between 2.5 mph and 6.5 mph (a minute at each). That actually added a bit over another .5 miles (but I wasn’t tracking at that point).
